We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment and onboarding, train new employees, and contribute to building a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of internal processes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and training programs to familiarize new employees with company culture, policies, and work expectations.
  • Monitor employee attendance, maintain records, and handle leave and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, company guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support performance management processes, including feedback collection, reviews, and employee evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and ensure a healthy and collaborative work environment.
  • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
  • Coordinate with management and department heads to plan workforce requirements and support business growth.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR standards and practices.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and effective teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, office management, or team leadership preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train, guide, and motivate employees effectively.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with basic HR tools, employee record systems, and office software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
