Job Description : Telecaller Executive (Education Counselling) Position : Telecaller - Education Counselling Industry : Education Location : Gurugram Job Type : Full-time About the Role : As a Telecaller for Education Counselling, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective students and parents, providing them with information about educational programs, institutions, and courses. Offer guidance on scholarships, financial aid options, and other student support services. 3. Product Knowledge & Information Sharing Stay updated on the latest courses, colleges, admission requirements, and academic trends to provide accurate and timely information to students. Maintain a thorough understanding of the programs, certifications, and other educational offerings promoted by the company. 4. Appointment Scheduling & Follow-ups Schedule counseling sessions, webinars, and consultations with students, parents, or other relevant stakeholders. Follow up with leads and students who have shown interest but have not yet made a decision to convert inquiries into enrollments. 5. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and queries related to the courses, admission process, or career planning. 6. Sales Conversion & Documentation Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion and enrollment. Assist students in completing the necessary paperwork for applications and admissions, ensuring all required documentation is submitted. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. 7. Reporting & Feedback Provide daily reports on calls made, student inquiries, leads generated, and conversions. Collect feedback from students and parents to refine counseling approaches and improve service offerings. 8. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Research and stay informed about the latest educational trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving needs of students. Share insights with the team to improve marketing strategies and enhance student engagement. Skills and Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in education, counseling, or related fields is a plus. Experience : Previous experience in telecalling, education counseling, or sales (preferably in the education sector). Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students and parents. Counseling Skills : Ability to listen actively, assess student needs, and provide relevant guidance for educational decisions. Sales-Oriented : Strong persuasion skills with a focus on achieving targets and converting leads into enrollments. Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other communication tools. Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple student queries and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with various educational programs, universities, and admission processes. Ability to speak multiple languages (if required for a particular region or market). Prior experience in education counseling or related fields.
