Job Title: Human Resource Manager - Recruitment Focus Department: Human Resources Location: Bangalore Reports To: Director of Human Resources / Senior Management Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition . This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective hiring strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent aligned with our organizational goals and culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, HR interviewing, shortlisting, and after selection onboarding. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across all departments. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring. Create and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, job fairs, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment platforms. Standardize interview and selection processes , ensuring a consistent and inclusive candidate experience. Negotiate job offers and manage pre-employment checks and background verification. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and report on recruitment performance. Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies in all hiring practices. Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Mentor and support junior HR team members , especially in recruitment-related tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters preferred). Minimum 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Proven track record in successfully filling a wide range of roles. Familiarity with ATS systems , HR software, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment. Preferred Skills: Experience recruiting in Sales environments and BFSI, finance and technology exposure recruitment preferred Ability to manage employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
