Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Professional with strong knowledge of Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining employee relations, and supporting organizational policies for smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary structure, deductions, reimbursements, PF/ESI, gratuity, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, etc.).
• Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, leaves, benefits, and compliance.
• Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and government departments for HR-related compliance.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business needs.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
• Prepare HR reports including headcount, attrition, payroll analytics, and compliance updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
