Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Human Resource professional will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in a similar HR role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
