Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR professional to manage our organizations human resources functions. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations to support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support performance management systems and employee appraisal processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role (Generalist/Executive/Manager as applicable).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
