Dolat Capital is seeking a smart, confident and a result-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our HR team.The Executive will play a formative role in building Dolat&aposs world-class teams from ground up. 70% of the role is into inhouse recruitment and 30% into other HR activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle for IT & Non-IT roles starting with identifying the best talent, driving the interview process and candidate experience while delivering exceptional new hires for Dolat.
• Develop effective strategies for identifying; sourcing; attracting; and evaluating candidates and implement these strategies to fill a broad range of open positions at Dolat.
• Interact closely with fellow recruiters, candidates, and teams across the company to create an effective and streamlined recruiting process designed to bring India&aposs best talent onboard. Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and
• Negotiating salaries as per company standards.
• Responsible for rolling out offers to selected candidates.
• Assist with general administration of offer letters and employment contracts
• Taking care of Onboarding and Joining Formalities
• Leading Dolat&aposs on-campus recruiting strategy at several colleges.
• Represent Dolat on campus and create strong university relationships with career services, professors and alumni

Skills & Experience:

• At minimum, a bachelor&aposs degree from a top college with an excellent academic record.
• Minimum of 0.3- 2 years hands-on recruiting experience & campus recruitment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment tech-focused environment with an emphasis working on software engineering, and/or quantitative roles(internship experience of minimum 3months if not full time).
• Previous experience or interest in the quantitative/ technology field is a plus.
• Experience in sourcing using: Networking, employee referrals, job boards, cold calling, and other innovative search techniques
• Interacting with Hiring Managers and drive positions to closure.
• Outstanding written, verbal communication skills and customer service skills to allow you to speak with all levels of candidates
• A sense of humor (we like to laugh!)
