To conduct the recruitment through the approved sources of recruitment

To end to end recruitment cycle

To provide suitable CVs to the head of departments for selection process

To arrange for the interviews of the candidates and to ensure proper documentation of the same

To issue offer letters, appointment letters etc to the employees

To conduct the back-ground check of new joiners

To collect proper KYC documentation of new joiners

To plan and arrange for various employee rewards and recognition programs

To facilitate the performance appraisal process of the organization in a time bound manner

To maintain proper work culture amongst the employees as per the Organizations standards

To ensure proper statutory compliances under various labour laws

To recommend the leave approval of employees
