As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various tasks. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be assisting in managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to helping with interview coordination and candidate selection. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, supporting the performance management process, and organizing training and development programs for employees.
