Human Resource Intern

Overview

PENNEP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It’s a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Help HR team with day-to-day operations and special projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
