Role Overview

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  end-to-end recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support

  onboarding processes

  : documentation, induction programs, and orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
  
• Assist in

  employee engagement activities

  , team events, and surveys.
• Provide support in HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and HRIS updates.
  
• Research and benchmark HR best practices to improve internal processes.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, training partners, and other stakeholders as required.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed

  MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW-HR, or equivalent

  .
• Strong interest in building a career in HR.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
