About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Lanatus Systems LLP. The ideal candidate will learn end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. Local candidates from Ahmedabad will be preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement

✔ Support HR operations and documentation
✔ Learn from industry professionals and build your HR skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
• Local candidate from Ahmedabad preferred.
