You are invited to join our team as an HR Intern, where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various aspects of Human Resource Management. This internship is tailored to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement under the guidance and mentorship of our experienced HR team. During your internship, you will have the chance to engage in the following key learning areas: - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates - Conducting initial HR interviews - Coordinating interviews with hiring managers - HR Operations: - Maintaining employee records and databases - Supporting onboarding & induction processes - Assisting with HR documentation and compliance - Employee Engagement: - Coordinating engagement activities - Supporting feedback and communication initiatives - Performance Management Basics: - Understanding KRA/KPI setting - Supporting appraisal-related activities Qualifications Required for this position are as follows: - Fresh graduates or students pursuing MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related fields - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Eagerness to learn and take initiative - Available for a minimum of 3 months This internship offers you a hands-on experience across various HR domains, exposure to real-time recruitment and operations, and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on your performance. Additionally, you will receive professional mentorship to aid in your growth within the HR career path. Please note that this position is open to Fresher and Internship job types with a contract length of 3 months. The work location is in person.
