HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  
• Support in benchmarking HR practices and researching best-in-class people policies.
  
• Help in maintaining HR documentation, databases, and trackers.
  
• Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction-related tasks.
  
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
  
• Prepare reports, presentations, and policy summaries as required.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related data collection and analysis.
  
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling HR records and employee data.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
