Overview

HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Support:

    Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions across business functions.
  • Onboarding & Documentation:

    Support pre-onboarding, induction sessions, and maintenance of employee records.
  • HR Operations:

    Help manage attendance, HRIS updates, and employee database accuracy.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Contribute to planning and executing engagement activities, cultural events, and communication initiatives.
  • Learning & Development Support:

    Assist in organizing training sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining feedback reports.
  • Compliance & Reporting:

    Support HR compliance documentation and assist in preparing periodic reports as required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
