Human Resource Generalist

One MG is a strategic and creative agency that works with brands to build deep resonance and cultural impact. We don’t just make campaigns—we shape brand behaviour, storytelling, and systems that scale.

We’re looking for an HR Generalist to help us grow with intent. This is not a back-office role. You’ll be central to how we hire, onboard, support, and build energy across the company. You’ll work closely with leadership, manage core HR operations, and help shape how people experience One MG from day one.

What you’ll do

• Run end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, scheduling, and closure
• Plan and execute onboarding experiences
• Manage HR operations: documentation, payroll coordination, and process upkeep
• Support performance feedback cycles and appraisal rhythms
• Be a clear, calm point of contact for employee questions or issues
• Coordinate internal rituals, culture-building moments, and team check-ins

What we’re looking for

• 6–12 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or people ops
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Educational background in

  HR, Visual Communication, Advertising, or Media

  (mandatory)
• Internship or experience at a

  creative, digital, or advertising agency

  is a strong plus
• Fast learner, clear thinker, and comfortable working directly with leadership
• Someone who values both structure and people—and knows how to balance both
