Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between workers and management to foster effective communication and mutual interests.
Health and Safety: Ensure worker health and safety by monitoring conditions and addressing issues promptly.
Safety Training: Conduct training programs on workplace safety and legal compliance to prevent hazards.
Issue Resolution: Address harassment and abuse incidents swiftly, maintaining a respectful workplace for all.
Support the people partner to resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Develop and implement IR strategies that foster a positive working environment
Act as the main point of contact for trade unions and employee representatives.
Support in conducting disciplinary, grievance, and performance management procedures.
Liaison with the various statutory bodies.
Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the factory.
Ensure and monitor the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) costs and effective implementation of welfare practices.

Qualification: MBA HR & IR
