Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between workers and management to foster effective communication and mutual interests.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure worker health and safety by monitoring conditions and addressing issues promptly.
  • Safety Training: Conduct training programs on workplace safety and legal compliance to prevent hazards.
  • Issue Resolution: Address harassment and abuse incidents swiftly, maintaining a respectful workplace for all.
  • Support the people partner to resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Develop and implement IR strategies that foster a positive working environment
  • Act as the main point of contact for trade unions and employee representatives.
  • Support in conducting disciplinary, grievance, and performance management procedures.
  • Liaison with the various statutory bodies.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the factory.
  • Ensure and monitor the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) costs and effective implementation of welfare practices.

  • Qualification: MBA HR & IR
