Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries across HR functions
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, exits, documentation)
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave and attendance data, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
  • Drive HR projects related to employee wellbeing, recognition, and culture-building

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, HRIS tools)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Problem-solving attitude with strong organizational skills
