Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Coordinate onboarding, induction programs, and documentation for new hires
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries
• Support in developing and executing employee engagement initiatives
• Organize events, feedback sessions, and team-building activities

Performance Management

• Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance review processes
• Track and follow up on KPIs and performance metrics

Compliance & Policy Management

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements
• Monitor attendance, leave policies, and workplace conduct

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate L&D programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain skill development records

HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee databases and HRIS systems
• Manage HR dashboards, reports, and daily admin operations
• Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and exit formalities
