Job Description

As an HR Executive at Zen Kashi Hospital & Cancer Care Centre, your role will involve managing daily HR operations in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. You will be responsible for various tasks including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes effectively. - Address employee queries and promote a positive work environment. - Assist in conducting performance appraisals and feedback sessions. - Ensure that HR policies are in compliance with local labor laws. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. - Administer employee benefits and support compensation reviews efficiently. Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. - Proven experience working as an HR Executive or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is essential. - Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
