Job description:- Location : Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka Experience : 1-2 years Salary Up to : 3 lpa to 3.5 lpa Working days - 5 days Work from office About the Job: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant recruiting experience and will play a critical role in leading recruitment for key positions. Key Responsibilities: IT and Non Recruitment. Lead recruitment efforts for key positions within the company Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate guidance and support Employee Life cycle Management: Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from on-boarding to engagement and exit. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth on-boarding process. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment. Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and off-boarding procedures. Qualification: Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring for key positions. Familiarity with HR processes and best practices across the employee life cycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. Preferred Skills: Certification in Human Resources is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
