About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant recruiting experience and will play a critical role in leading recruitment for key positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT and Non Recruitment.
• Lead recruitment efforts for key positions within the company
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate guidance and support

Employee Life cycle Management:

• Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from on-boarding to engagement and exit.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
• Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and off-boarding procedures.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring for key positions.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices across the employee life cycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution
