Human Resource Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for various aspects of human resource management, including job analysis, recruitment and staffing, organization and utilization of the workforce, maintenance of the workforce, training and development, performance appraisal, employee rewards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. This is a part-time position which can be done remotely. Key Responsibilities: - Define the nature and responsibilities of positions and identify the skills and knowledge required for them through job analysis. - Attract, interview, and select suitable candidates to meet the organization's needs. - Design an organizational framework that maximizes human resources and establishes effective communication systems. - Address health, safety, and worker-management issues, ensuring compliance with federal workplace laws. - Evaluate workers" educational needs and develop training programs to meet those needs. - Conduct performance appraisals to assess employee job performance, provide feedback, and make decisions on promotions, salary increases, or terminations. - Design programs to reward employees for their achievements and motivate them to maintain high performance levels. - Develop and implement programs and procedures to ensure fair treatment and non-discrimination for all candidates, employees, and customers. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in HR is preferred. - 1 year of total work experience is preferred. - Proficiency in English is preferred.
