Human Resource Executive

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with concerned departments and ensuring timely feedback.
• Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and handling pre-joining formalities.
• Conducting joining formalities and induction for new employees.

Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintaining and updating employee database, personal files, and HR systems.
• Ensuring accuracy of employee records and maintaining confidentiality.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Managing attendance, leave records, and assisting payroll team with inputs.
• Supporting statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.
• Preparing HR MIS reports for management review.

Employee Engagement & Support

• Assisting in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Addressing employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, salaries, etc.
• Supporting grievance handling and escalating matters wherever required.

Policy Implementation

• Ensuring proper implementation of HR processes, policies, and company procedures.
• Assisting in drafting and updating HR policies when required.

Training & Development Support

• Coordinating internal/external training programs.
• Maintaining training records and collecting feedback.

Performance Management Support

• Assisting in performance evaluation process.
• Supporting HR leadership in tracking employee goals and appraisal documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,004.57 - ₹32,055.58 per month
