Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations for international employees, including onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
Support international payroll coordination by sharing inputs, validating data, and ensuring timely processing.
Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes across different regions.
Coordinate with overseas HR teams, business stakeholders, and internal departments for seamless operations.
Maintain and update HRMIS/HR systems with accurate employee information.
Ensure compliance with regional HR policies, statutory requirements, and organizational standards.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits and internal review.
Assist in visa processing, travel documentation, contract issuance, and renewal management.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of HR operations, preferably with exposure to international processes.
Good knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
Excellent communication skills to interact with global teams.
High proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS tools, and documentation management.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Education & Qualification

1 - 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an international or global HR environment.
