Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes. This role requires strong communication skills, people management ability, and a high degree of confidentiality.

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate & schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and manage offer rollouts.
• Oversee employee onboarding, joining formalities & documentation.
• HR Operations
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave records & payroll inputs.
• Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, appraisal, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
• Employee Engagement & Relations
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee queries & grievances professionally.
• Support training and development activities.
• Performance Management
• Assist in performance appraisal cycle.
• Track KPI/Goal achievements and maintain reports.
• Compliance & Administration
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Maintain HR reports & dashboards regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 1+ years of experience as HR Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment & HR operations.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks.
