Job Description for Lead Generation Executive Location: Bangalore Experience: 1-2 years Work From Office Language Known - English, Hindi JD For Lead Generation Executive - Analyze Potential Markets To generate leads from different social media platforms in case of outbound calling or collect the leads from different campaigns in case of inbound calling . Coordinate with the customer to explain about our products and services. Organize the online demonstrations of the company products for the clients. Scheduling meetings with the clients. Follow up with the clients through E-mail or telephonic about new requirements or the expansion for the projects or status updates. Taking the responsibilities from the introduction to closure. Utilizing knowledge in the CRM system. Work on B2B campaigns in every sector. Converts inquiries into sales by answering Outbound/Inbound telephone calls. Key Competencies- Excellent verbal and written communication Fluent in English (mandatory) Fast learner who can adapt to change Self-motivator Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly Friendly, can-do attitude Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call Knowledge of excel must.
