Employee Lifecycle Management o Support onboarding process: offer letter release, joining formalities, induction coordination, employee documentation. o Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personal files. o Assist in exit formalities: resignation processing, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination. 2. HR Operations & Administration o Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and HR database maintenance. o Generate HR reports (attendance, headcount, attrition, etc.). o Assist in payroll inputs (attendance, leave deductions, reimbursements). 3. Policy Implementation & Compliance o Ensure HR policies and processes are followed across departments. o Support statutory compliance by maintaining required employee data. o Assist in audits related to HR processes and documentation. 4. Employee Engagement & Support o Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves, and other operational issues. o Support HR team in engagement activities, communication, and events. 5. Recruitment Support (if required) o Coordinate interviews and schedule discussions with candidates. o Assist in candidate document collection and verification. Key Skills Required: • Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll basics, and compliance. • Familiarity with HRMS / HR tools. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
