This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Executive located in Udaipur. The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Daily tasks involve managing hiring processes, conducting interviews, organizing training sessions, maintaining employee records, handling employee grievances, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. This role requires collaborating closely with different departments to support and enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
