Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Executive located in Udaipur. The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Daily tasks involve managing hiring processes, conducting interviews, organizing training sessions, maintaining employee records, handling employee grievances, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. This role requires collaborating closely with different departments to support and enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Qualifications Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations Experience with performance management and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous HR experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
