 Job Title: Office Executive cum Telecaller (with HR Responsibilities)   About Inkrasa: Inkrasa is a leading corporate gifting brand offering premium-quality gifting solutions with expert custom branding and packaging. We cater to top corporates across India with a wide range of personalized gifting options.   Job Role: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Office Executive cum Telecaller with additional responsibilities in Human Resource functions. This role involves office coordination, telecalling, WhatsApp promotions, and HR duties including recruitment, training, and employee development.   Key Responsibilities: Office & Telecalling Tasks: Manage incoming and outgoing calls to generate leads and follow up with clients Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM Coordinate daily office tasks and support the sales and operations team Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Manage and grow WhatsApp communities and groups Execute WhatsApp Business promotions, broadcast messages, and campaigns Share product catalogs, offers, and company updates with clients on WhatsApp Handle customer queries with professionalism and timely follow-ups Human Resource Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment of freelancers, field staff, and interns across cities Conduct initial screening and interviews of potential candidates Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new team members Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance data Support team in training and development programs Foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth internal communication   Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, office coordination, or HR functions Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi Full knowledge of WhatsApp Business tools, Communities, and promotional features Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Familiarity with basic HR practices – recruitment, training, documentation Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment   Bonus Points For: Background in corporate gifting or B2B industry Knowledge of digital tools for hiring (LinkedIn, job portals) Experience in CRM and basic HR software   Compensation: Salary as per industry standards (Fixed + Performance Incentives)   To apply, send your resume to: inkrasagifts@gmail.com Contact: +91-9001918060
