Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting potential leads into customers. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to close sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Follow up on incoming leads through calls, emails, or messaging platforms. Present and promote products/services clearly and convincingly over the phone. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales in the CRM system. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Handle objections effectively and manage rejection professionally. Provide feedback to the sales manager on lead quality and campaign performance. Requirements:Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn about products and services quickly and explain them to prospects. Confident, energetic, and target-driven mindset. Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
