Job Title: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
Location: Stage 3, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (as per experience & interview)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team at The Wellness Shop. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate sales.
· Explain products and services to customers and convert leads into sales.
· Maintain relationships with new and existing customers for repeat business.
· Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
· Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for business growth.
Requirements:
· Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telecalling/Business Development.
· Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
· Fluency in English & Hindi (Kannada will be an added advantage).
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
