Position: HR Executive Location: VKI Area, Jaipur – 302013 Industry: Manufacturing Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: Minimum 3 Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and general HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes. Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance. Manage monthly payroll, attendance, and leave data. Support HR policies, documentation, and performance tracking. Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and employee engagement. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing). Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software. Strong communication and organizational skills.
