Human Resource Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Human Resources Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for open positions.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and cover letters, and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, utilizing strong behavioral and situational questioning techniques.
• Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to identify the best talent for the company.
• Prepare interview notes, assessments, and recommendations for hiring managers.
• Extend and negotiate job offers to successful candidates.
• Onboard new hires and make sure they're able to transition smoothly into their roles.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in HR / ADMIN

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work independently in pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
