Requirements: Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a car dealership. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude. Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management System) software is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical preferred. Proficiency in local language and basic English. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and understand their service/repair needs. Schedule appointments and manage service bookings. Prepare job cards and explain recommended service/repairs. Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and estimate time and cost. Provide clear cost estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding. Maintain communication with customers during the service process. Update customers on service status, delays, and completed work. Ensure proper billing and explain charges to customers. Upsell additional services and value-added products where appropriate. Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain customer records and service history. Ensure cleanliness and professionalism of the service reception area.

Roles and Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on buses, including breakdown repairs, calibration, and overhauling. Conduct fault finding and diagnosis of issues with engines, electrical systems, and other components. Ensure proper functioning of all vehicle systems by performing regular checks and servicing. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall efficiency. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any defects or malfunctions.
