Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and closure of open positions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.

HR Operations:

  • Handle employee lifecycle activities – joining formalities, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in payroll inputs, leave & attendance management, and statutory compliance.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and probation confirmations.
  • Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR communication.
