Job Description

Job Summary:The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to creating a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & StaffingCoordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Post job openings on portals and conduct initial screening of candidates. Schedule interviews and assist in the selection process. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts. 2. Onboarding & InductionOrganize orientation sessions for new employees. Ensure collection and verification of joining documents. Maintain proper employee records (hard copy and digital). 3. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor attendance and leave records through HRMS/biometric systems. Process leave applications and ensure policy compliance. Coordinate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing. 4. Employee RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries. Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. Address minor grievances and escalate serious matters to HR Manager. 5. HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain up-to-date employee database and personal files. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). 6. Performance & AppraisalsCoordinate periodic performance review processes. Maintain appraisal records and help in salary revision documentation. 7. Exit ProcessManage employee exit formalities, including clearance and full & final settlement. Conduct exit interviews and record feedback. Key Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software. Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
