HR Operations Executive Position

Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years

The roles will require complete HR cycle from Talent Acquisition to employee onboarding, support and retention. The role would also involve administrative support for Bangalore operations.

Here is a brief description of Job:

1.0 Talent Acquisition:

1.1 Receive the JDs from clients/ internal stake holders. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job portals, social networks and employee referrals.

1.2 Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

1.3 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

1.4 Negotiate job offers and facilitate release through HR head

1.5 Guide candidates through the onboarding process.

1.6 Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate records and compliance with data privacy standards.

1.7 Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve processes.

2.0 HR BP:

2.1 Serve as a point of contact for all Bangalore based employee grievances, concerns, and queries.

2.2 Foster a positive work culture through effective communication

2.3 Ensure employee engagement through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and events.

2.4 Coordinate inputs fort Payroll and Benefits Administration:

2.5 Effective Team working with HR, TA and Domestic Business

2.6 Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives

2.7 Stay updated with local regulations to ensure company compliance.

2.8 Coordinate with L&D team and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

3.0 Administration:

3.1 Support the Bangalore based executives in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

3.2 Liaise with Landlords and facility providers for smooth running of office space.

3.3 Liaise local authorities like Provident Fund, Professional Tax and Labour Inspectorate for compliances

3.4 Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations
