Developing product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's overall business objectives. Defining and communicating product requirements, including features, functionality, and user experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing improvement. Creating and managing product budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Analyzing market data, user feedback, and other metrics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy and innovation. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Leading product launch activities, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market planning. Providing product training and support to sales, customer support, and other internal teams. Preparing reports detailing pharmaceutical trends and forecasts, using data mining techniques to identify new market opportunities Reviewing scientific literature regarding new drugs to determine their safety and efficacy Conducting market research to determine customer needs and preferences in order to develop new products or services Developing relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals in order to gain information about their prescribing habits Recommending pricing strategies for new drugs based on anticipated demand from physicians and pharmacists Assisting in the development of drug prototypes and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations Interpreting data about drug effectiveness and safety in order to determine appropriate usage guidelines for physicians Maintain system databases to reflect changes in the drug formulary or product specifications. Assure appropriate safeguards and system integrity. Maintain detailed documentation pertaining to routine operational analytics, source of truth and education of the data design with peers to promote cross-coverage and visual aids. Assist with implementation of new analytic software and data validation. Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to develop and execute product strategies. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on market requirements. Drive product launches, including marketing campaigns and sales enablement. Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement Conducting market research, understanding trends and customer preferences, developing marketing strategies and budgets, supervising the creation of marketing materials and content, and performing any other relevant tasks necessary to increase the company's sales Developing and overseeing the marketing strategy for company which revolves around the growth of company and building brands Launching new products to health care service providers Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and suggesting improvements Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product Responsible for reviewing the product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors product Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign, LBL's, Reminder Cards and for other Promotional inputs Conducting annual & budget meeting, sales review meetings & other Performing related tasks assigned by Director 2. Education and Training Required: Minimum academic, commercial, and technical qualifications needed for performing duties of job. B. Pharma or MBA(Pharmaceutical Management) from reputed university. 3. Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience in reputed pharmaceutical company 4. Other requirements: Proficiency in English and Hindi. Team player. Exemplary planning and time management skills. Strategic thinking Analytical skills. High level of responsibility. Open to travel. Ability to work under defined deadlines. Great working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)- Certifications preferred;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To manage all internal and external HR-related matters To manage 360-degree recruitment, onboarding and exit formalities Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices and implement them when required Administration the other departments whenever required Investigate complaints brought forward by employees and resolve grievances Monitor front desk and office administration related responsibilities Processing companys payroll and F&Fs Designing and updating existing company policies Conduct Analysis of Employee Benefits Monitoring employee performances Maintaining work culture Keeping good health and safety of employees Performance Appraisal and Performance Management Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Acts as a liaison between the organization and external vendors, which may include administrational requirements, Finance consultants etc. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and celebrations etc. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with or the ability to quickly work on payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external employees and customers Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook) Pleasant personality Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary work environment Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices MBA in HR Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in HR department (TA Experience won't be considered) Good Knowledge of labour laws and policies
