Job Description

Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource
Knowledge in Payroll Management is mandatory
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in schools
Knowledge in EPF and Labour Law
Knowledge of preparing School Budget etc.
Develop job descriptions tailored to teaching, administrative, and support roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and educational networks
Conduct interviews and coordinate demo lessons or trial classes for teaching positions
Perform background checks and verify credentials, especially for roles involving children
Ensure safe recruitment practices, including child safeguarding protocols
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation sessions
Introduce school policies, culture, and expectations
Maintain Service Book ofall employees
Maintain leave record etc.
Assign mentors or buddies for new teachers to ease transition
Support appraisal systems and teacher evaluations
Track probation periods and provide feedback
Collaborate with academic heads to identify training needs
Ensure adherence to educational regulations and labor laws
Maintain employee records and manage contracts
Stay updated on teacher certification and renewal requirements
Mediate conflicts and address grievances
Promote a positive work culture through recognition programs
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of educational standards and child protection laws
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
