Experienced person with minimum experience of 4 to 5 years with payroll.
Proficient with payroll software to streamline the processes.
Knowledge in generation of payroll reports.
Maintaining accurate employee records i.e. attendance, leaves, benefits and salary revision etc.
Stay updated on tax laws, labour regulations, statutory requirements like EPF, ESIC, TDS etc.
Strong knowledge in excel and Microsoft office etc.
University experience would be a plus point.
