Job Description

Hi,

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to manage payroll activities accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling salary processing, statutory compliance, and employee records. Freshers with a strong interest in payroll and HR operations may be considered for internship positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Ensure accurate computation of salaries, deductions, reimbursements, and incentives.
Maintain and update employee records in payroll software.
Ensure timely deposit and filing of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with the accounts and HR departments for payroll-related queries and reports.
Generate and distribute monthly payslips and salary statements.
Assist in audits and ensure adherence to all payroll policies and procedures.
Support month-end and year-end financial closure processes related to payroll.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll processing or HR operations.
Education: Graduate in Commerce / HR / Finance (MBA in HR or relevant field preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., Saral, GreytHR, Tally, etc.).
Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

For Freshers / Interns:

Must have a keen interest in HR & payroll management.
Internship duration: 3–6 months with performance-based full-time opportunities.
Training and mentorship will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
