Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource professional to join our team. The HR role is responsible for managing the employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and exit), implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage job postings across platforms.
  • Onboarding & Employee Engagement
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Performance Management
  • Support appraisal and feedback processes.
  • Work with managers to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Assist in career development and succession planning.
  • Payroll & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Policy Implementation
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill-development sessions.
  • Collaborate with trainers or external partners to enhance workforce capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Executive/Officer/Manager (depending on level).
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
