We're looking for an HR Executive to join our team and help us grow. You'll be involved in hiring, onboarding, and making sure our workplace runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity if you're early in your HR career and want hands-on experience in a healthcare startup.
What You'll Do
Recruitment
- Post job openings on different platforms
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Verify documents and licenses for physiotherapists
- Help new joiners get started with paperwork and onboarding
Employee Management
- Maintain employee records and files
- Track attendance and leave requests
- Help with payroll coordination
- Answer employee queries about policies and benefits
- Update the employee database regularly
Day-to-Day HR Tasks
- Organize interviews and follow up with candidates
- Send offer letters and appointment letters
- Conduct background verification checks
- Help plan employee engagement activities
- Assist with performance review documentation
Compliance
- Make sure we follow labor laws and company policies
- Keep track of important documents and renewals
- Help maintain a safe and respectful workplace
- Support with any HR audits or inspections
You Should Have
- Bachelor's degree (any stream, HR preferred)
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Comfortable talking to people and handling queries
- Organized and detail-oriented
Good to Have
- Experience in healthcare or startup environments
- Knowledge of HR software or tools
- Understanding of healthcare licensing requirements
- An MBA or HR certification
