Sales & Conversion Focus Convert incoming leads through effective counseling and follow-ups. Achieve and exceed monthly admission/enrollment targets. Understand individual student profiles and pitch suitable academic programs with a consultative sales approach. Use CRM tools to track and manage the student sales funnel. Lead Handling & Follow-ups Make outbound calls to prospective students from various marketing campaigns. Maintain daily calling targets and follow-up discipline. Counsel walk-ins, website inquiries, and referrals for UG, PG & Ph.D. admissions.
Counsel Ph.D. aspirant, guide in eligibility, documentation & university selection, handle queries, and convert leads. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, 6 months–2 years experience, strong communication & target-driven approach.
