Top Accountabilities
• Work closely with Candidates, Line Managers and Talent Managers on recruiting
queries
• Builds great partnership with Talent Managers
• Manages end to end interview scheduling, rescheduling, organizes assessment
centers
• Produces ad-hoc reports related to Recruitment
• Active ambassador for the HR model in the business, coaching employees and
managers through their People Processes, on the use of self-service, about
Compliance requirements
About You
Experience required/Skills/capabilities/Languages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• 0-1 year relevant experience
• Good communication and logical skills
• Experience in HR and/or Shared Service Environment is an advantage (Workday,
Service Now or Cloud Technology experience all highly valued)
• Fresh grads are welcome!
