Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Pune (Hybrid 23 days/week onsite)

Experience: 3 - 5 years in IT recruitment

Job Summary:

Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate

    with the

    client and internal sourcing

    teams to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Maintain strong

    client relationships

    and act as the main point of contact for

    operational queries.

  • Screen resumes, manage hiring portals

    (e.g., Beeline), and

    track candidate submissions.

  • Maintain daily

    hiring trackers, reports,

    and

    open requirement sheets.

  • Support hiring managers in drafting job descriptions.

Required Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years of

    IT recruitment experience (Full Stack, Data Engineer, PM, QE, etc.)

  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
  • Strong screening, scheduling, and coordination skills.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
