Job Description

Operations (80%)

  • Manage and maintain employee attendance records accurately
  • Handle employee grievances and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related processes
  • Support compliance and audit requirements
  • Assist in onboarding and exit formalities
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required

Recruitment (20%)

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Support documentation and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
