Job Summary:

HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial HR rounds.
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, attendance, and benefits.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with performance management procedures (e.g., goal setting, reviews, appraisals).
Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Prepare HR-related reports as required (e.g., headcount, attrition, leave reports).
Participate in audits and ensure all HR documentation is up to date and compliant.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Immediate Joiner to 15 Days notice period
