Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support our organization on a contractual basis for 6 months. The consultant will play a key role in setting up and streamlining core HR processes, policies, and systems to strengthen our people management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee employee onboarding and records management, ensuring smooth induction and accurate documentation.
Develop and implement an HR policy framework aligned with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
Provide payroll and compliance support, ensuring timely processing and statutory adherence.
Lead HRMS tool integration and basic reporting, enabling efficient HR operations and data-driven decision-making.
Partner with management to provide strategic HR support and operational guidance during the engagement period.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an HR Consultant, HR Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and payroll management.
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and reporting.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results within stipulated timelines
