Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on HR strategy, policies, and procedures to clients across various industries.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and develop solutions for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies using social media platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored HR implementation plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in HR consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software like Workday or similar platforms.
